Choose from beachfront studios a barefoot walk from the sand, quiet garden-view studios set back into the greenery, or our two-bedroom residences with a private terrace and your own plunge pool. Every home is finished the same way — louvered doors, shaded outdoor space, full kitchens — because most of our residents stay long enough to cook.
Life on the property is easy by design: a private beach, plunge pools scattered through the grounds, and golf carts to carry you between them. Security runs around the clock, a shuttle covers Basseterre, and snorkeling, fishing, island tours and a spa are all within a few minutes of the gate.
Service
Behind the scenery is a full-time staff who keep it running. Our front desk knows residents by name and unit; housekeeping keeps a schedule you can plan around; maintenance answers requests the same day they're logged; and internal security runs compound checks and keeps the visitor log, so you and your guests come and go with confidence. It's a resort address, kept like a home you actually live in.
